The home has gone through several restorations, with much of the original material reclaimed and reused in subsequent additions. It is a large and prominent house on a street with several large homes on oversized lots, giving it the feel of a quiet, private respite just a few blocks from the center of town.

Sleeps up to 8. Della is a large two-story historic Craftsman home located on Florida Ave in Downtown Bend. The home has gone through several restorations, with much of the original material reclaimed and reused in subsequent additions. It is a large and prominent house on a street with several large homes on oversized lots, giving it the feel of a quiet, private respite just a few blocks from the center of town. Walking through the front door, guests will notice a vestibule for storing coats and mittens and original fir flooring throughout the downstairs.
The living room is large and bright with three sofas, a writing desk, flat screen tv with cable, a gas fireplace insert, and lots of natural light and lamps for reading. Through an archway is the dining room which opens to the adjacent kitchen. There is a custom oak dining table with seating for 8. At the back of the first floor, guests will find a private bedroom new wood floors and a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room, and access to the fenced backyard.

The second story has three additional bedrooms, including the large master suite. This room is furnished with a with king bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate large shower. Overlooking Florida Ave, this master suite has its own gas fireplace insert and a flat screen television with cable. With the door shut, this part of the house feels like its own apartment and is ideal for couples with young children. Down the hall are two smaller bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a full sized bed. There is a bathroom off the hall with a bath/shower combination.
