The master suite with queen bed is on the main level, with privacy and comfort. Upstairs are two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed, the other with a gorgeous full sized custom murphy bed. All bedding and beds are high end, with duvets, and freshly laundered between guests.

There is a small, private back yard but the finest feature of this house is the front porch, which affords a front row seat to all the beauty of historic downtown. The 4th of July pet parade lines up along this street, and directly across the street is the McMenamins Old St. Francis property, with turkish soaking pool, bars, restaurants, and brew-and-view movie theatre.

Other modern day conveniences include tankless water heater, high end Jenn-Air appliances, air conditioning, forced air, heated floors in the master bathroom and a truly gourmet kitchen.

Please note that bookings require a two (2) night minimum stay. There is a four (4) night minimum during Holidays, July, and August.  There is a $150 cleaning fee, plus 12.2% local and state occupancy tax.
