Anna is the "operator standing by" to answer all your questions about Bend and you couldn't find a better source for information. Having grown up spending summers in Sunriver, Anna has been a full-time resident of Bend since 1995. Prior to real estate Anna was the business and sales manager for Environmental Building
Supplies, a retail operation that focuses on environmentally friendly
home interior finishes. It was through EBS, in 2001, that Anna began working on what was to become the Lavabelles, offering advice on materials for remodeling Flo. For the past four years Anna has worked full-time as a Realtor, presently working for Brooks Resources n Downtown Bend. You can see more about her at www.annaruder.com.
When not working Anna is an avid cross-country skier, biker and traveler. If you find yourself drawn to the Bend lifestyle and want to look closer at the local real estate market, give Anna a call. Also, if you have questions about just about anything else ranging from how to run the Lower Deschutes to where to get an oil portrait of your dog, she knows.

Cara is a displaced Bend resident, living and working in the Central Coast of California, with her five dogs and three cats while her partner pursues his PhD at U.C. Santa Cruz. An avid animal advocate and foster home for the Humane Society of the Ochocos, Cara lived in both Flo and Stella with a revolving numbers of foster animals. Her canine pack includes four sporting breed mixes and Saffron (a pitbull mix and the newest member of the pack). It was with a mind towards accommodating other traveling dog lovers that she decided to open up Lavabelles to responsible dog owners. Cara is currently employed as a public defender with Monterey County and a volunteer dog walker and foster home for Santa Cruz County Animal Services. She looks forward to returning to a town where you can drive up to a trail head, open the car door, and let the dogs run (with poop bags, of course).
