On the first story are two separate living rooms areas, one with a light-filled casual dining area and wood-burning fireplace, the other a former parlor complete with piano. Adjacent to the formal living room is a large formal dining area with custom hand-plastered walls and a crystal chandelier, and generous views of the river. The large chef’s kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, a dining bar, and is equipped for the modern gourmet. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and French doors to the private patio adjacent to the large fenced yard. This suite enjoys premium privacy with an attached master bath that includes a vanity room separate from the tiled tub and shower. A high-efficiency washer/dryer is found in the hallway, adjacent to another full bath.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds, a third with a twin trundle bed, all with serene views of either the river or the mature foliage characteristic of this neighborhood. You will also find a gorgeous third tiled bathroom with tub and shower.

Rates:
$300-$400/night. $1500-2000/week.
$175 cleaning fee. $20 per pet, per visit. 10% occupancy tax. $400 fully refundable deposit required upon reservation. 50% deposit within 30 days of reservation or at time of reservation if made within 30 days of arrival. Balance due one week before arrival.
Holiday Rates: $400/night with a 4 night minumum; $2800/week. Call for dates.
Houses rented in combination will be eligible for a reduction in total rent.
